Four years of working in the telecommunications and right of way industry, serving as

an Assistant Planner and a Site Acquisition Specialists for FCCM, Inc. and NSA

Wireless, Inc. Most recently completed work on the AT&T Rocky Mountain Region New

Site Build Project. Work on this project included obtaining zoning and building permit

entitlements, ROW encroachment permits, acquired Utility and Access Easements as

well as completing due diligence for locating appropriately zoned parcels that had

willing land owners (site investigation) then facilitated Lease Agreements with Land

Owners for search rings located in cities and counties in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Oregon

and Washington. Worked on projects which required inspection of utility poles, and

reviewing and reporting any NESC Violations, also worked on a CenturyLink project

that had 542 Fiber to Cell Site to determine the best route from the CenturyLink point of

feed to the cell site which included title review on parcels looking for existing easements

and easement rights contained in the Wireless Lease. This project required a make ready

process and submitting for permits in the ROW for new fiber runs to these Sprint PCS

wireless telecommunications sites. Other experience includes working with Tower

Companies such as Crown Castle, American Tower, Tower Co and SBA. Have

represented clients such as AT&T, T-Mobile Verizon, and CenturyLink throughout the

Rocky Mountain Region and Pacific Northwest.

Recent Project Experience

AT&T Rocky Mtn Region NSB Project

Served as Site Acquisition Specialists doing full zoning and leasing scope of

work on the AT&T New Site Build Project throughout the Rocky Mountain

Region. Work

includes identifying

potential

sites within search rings,

negotiating leases, filing for zoning and building permits and finally, completing

easements for local utility companies to reach the new site. Site located in Utah,

Idaho and Colorado.

Fiber Deployment Project PNW

Project for CenturyLink to prepare for fiber deployment to 542 Sprint Cell Sites

located in Oregon and Washington. Overall project scope was to complete pole

inspection, determine route selection and complete permits to run the fiber.

Specific responsibilities on this project encompassed all necessary work to

produce site sketches, and engineering field notes (drafting by others), taking

photos and compiling data sheets for aerial and/or buried telecommunications

plant and facilities including but not limited to copper and fiber cables, poles,

terminals, pedestals and hand holes. Also included was Make Ready, Staking

Sheets and Permits and Easements investigation and acquisition were required.

CenturyLink Pole Audit Project

A 27,000 pole audit project in Oregon and Washington for CenturyLink. Worked

with FCCM, Inc. under Killion. This project was strictly a NESC pole violation

inspection of poles that were found to have LEC NESC violations, as reported by

the Power Companies. Inspection were to make sure that the violations were in

fact resolved by the LEC. Other NESC violations were found, recorded and

reported back to CenturyLink. Project responsibilities included inspection of

poles and reviewing and reporting any NESC violations.

Verizon WA NSB Project

New Site Build Project in Oregon and Washington. Worked with FCCM, Inc.

under Realcom to prepare and submit zoning and building permit applications

and participate in site walks. Specific responsibilities included doing research

with local jurisdictions to obtain general zoning information, reviewing wireless

ordinances or codes, working to develop a relationship with planners and permit

processors, and finally, understanding and the permit process for the new sites

from start to finish.

T-Mobile Overly Project

Modifying existing wireless sites in the Portland, Oregon Market. Work included

assisting in filing for zoning and building permits with several jurisdictions.

Work also included assisting in completing new fiber easements for the T-Mobile

sites.
